Sunil Nair

Sunil Nair's work experience begins in 2002 as a Marketing Copywriter at PTS Ltd., where they developed impactful copy for various marketing channels. Sunil then worked as a Customer Service Specialist at IBM Global Process Services, processing claims and developing strong business writing skills. From 2005 to 2007, they served as a Project Associate at Sopra Steria, facilitating customer requests and coaching team members on business writing. At The American Embassy School, they worked as an Instructional Assistant and Yearbook Coordinator & Editor from 2007 to 2012, enhancing student experiences and managing yearbook publication. In 2012, they founded Sunil Nair Consulting (OPC) Pvt Ltd as an Executive Coach, partnering with individuals and select teams for leadership development. Sunil later worked at HelloKindred (formerly VentureWeb) as the Director of Services, Operations & HR, focused on operational excellence and content development services. In 2023, they joined TalentSmith India as the Director of Services, Operations & HR, and CapacityCo as the Head of Global Operations, driving strategies, optimizing workflows, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Sunil Nair has a diverse education history. Sunil completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature & Philosophy from Indira Gandhi National Open University. Later, they pursued their Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning. Alongside, they also completed a Master of Arts degree in English Literature from Indira Gandhi National Open University. Recently, Sunil has been working towards a second Master's degree, this time in Psychology from Indira Gandhi National Open University. In terms of certifications, Sunil holds various qualifications including being a Certified Global Leadership Coach from Global Coach Group, a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach from Gallup, and a Certified Executive Coach from Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching. Sunil has also obtained certifications in sales enablement, content marketing, direct-response copywriting, and inbound marketing from reputable institutions such as HubSpot Academy and DigitalMarketer.
