Collis Arrick, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in consulting, financial management, and entrepreneurship. As the Founder and Principal Consultant of Blue Bridge Consulting Services, Collis has been instrumental in optimizing operations and strategic planning for startup and growth-stage companies since January 2021. In December 2023, Collis took on the role of Director of Enterprise Optimization at VentureWell, where the establishment of a comprehensive operational function has led to significant productivity gains. Previously, Collis served as Executive Director at North Carolina Central University's Center for Entrepreneurship and Economic Development, launching initiatives for inclusive economic growth. Past roles include senior leadership positions at ChannelAdvisor, äLuxuRē, Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina, and SunTrust Banks, highlighting a strong track record in project management, financial oversight, and strategic direction.
