Isabel Wen

Isabel Wen is a skilled pitch coach and fractional executive who excels in helping entrepreneurs and technical founders articulate their stories and simplify complex ideas. They founded NEXT San Diego and served as the Committee Chair, and they have held various research roles, including positions at the Joshua S. Figueroa Research Group and Michael J. Sailor Research Group. Isabel is currently the Co-Founder and fractional Chief of Staff & COO at Aurelius, while also mentoring at the City University of New York-College of Staten Island's Innovation Hub Accelerator and serving as a Mentor in Residence at VentureWell. They earned a Bachelor's Degree from the University of California, San Diego and completed the Next Economy MBA from LIFT Economy.
