Michael Reed, PhD, is an accomplished leader in the life science and diagnostics sectors, currently serving as Managing Partner at NaviDx Consulting, where expertise in market-driven strategy development accelerates go-to-market results. As Chief Commercial Officer at TrilliumBiO and Chief Development Officer at T-NeuroPharma, Michael focuses on commercial strategies and product development in under-served markets, particularly in Alzheimer's diagnostics. Michael also leads NIH RADx initiatives at VentureWell and has held significant consulting roles at BioNexis and Libertas Global. Additionally, experience includes key leadership positions at TestZone™ and OraSure Technologies, where innovations in health security and rapid testing were achieved. Michael holds a PhD in Molecular Biology and a BSc in Biochemistry from The Australian National University, complemented by an executive business program from UCLA Anderson.
