Stacey Read is an accomplished Employee Experience Manager at VentureWell since March 2015, focusing on enhancing employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Previously, Stacey held various roles at VentureWell, including People, Culture, & Operations Manager, where responsibilities included managing office operations and facilitating candidate vetting and onboarding. As the founder of Helping Hearts for Hadley Schools, Stacey established a nonprofit organization aimed at supporting technology upgrades for Hadley Public Schools, driven by a commitment to community engagement and student development. With prior experience as the owner of Little Bird Family Day Care, Stacey has a strong background in early childhood education and operations. Stacey's educational journey includes studies at Holyoke Community College from 2018 to 2021.
