Matheus Alef

Matheus Alef is a professional with a diverse background in facilities supervision and human resources development. Currently serving as Facilities Supervisor at Venture X since January 2024, Matheus previously worked as a Learning Facilitator at Fantastic Services from March 2023 to December 2023. From August 2018 to March 2023, Matheus held several roles at Mundiale, including Analista de Desenvolvimento Humano, where responsibilities included mentoring leadership and developing training programs, as well as supervising customer service operations to ensure quality and goal attainment. Matheus's earlier experience includes positions in telecommunications and active telemarketing. Matheus holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Universidade do Estado de Minas Gerais and is pursuing further studies in Business Administration at Ampli. Additionally, Matheus obtained certification as a flight attendant from Voar Escola de Aviação Civil in 2017.
