Matt Cozza

Matt Cozza has extensive experience in real estate and development, primarily in leadership positions. Matt most recently worked as the Vice President of Development for Venture X, a co-working company since 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Franchise Real Estate and Construction for UNITED FRANCHISE GROUP from 2018 to 2022. Before that, they held various Vice President roles in real estate and business development for companies such as Catapult Learning, C2 Education, Balducci's and Kings Gourmet Food Market, Kings Super Markets, Fairway Market, Cozza Enterprises, Kinney Drugs, and Family Dollar.
