Matt Ray

Matt Ray is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in both manufacturing and systems engineering. Currently serving as a System Engineer at Venturi, LLC since July 2019, Matt supports the Missile Defense Agency Facility/Real Property Systems Engineering team with facility requirements and verification processes. Prior to this role, Matt worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Sanmina, where responsibilities included supporting multiple medical device customers and managing manufacturing processes for over 100 products. At Lockheed Martin, Matt provided production support for missile defense programs, addressing hardware and assembly issues. Previous experience also includes serving as a Safety Officer at Last Resort Guns and completing a co-op program at GE Appliances under a Six Sigma Blackbelt mentor. Matt holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Alabama in Huntsville.
