Dirk Paans

Dirk Paans is an experienced professional in business consultancy, change management, and entrepreneurship, currently affiliated with Venturn and Paans Progress Management since October 2019. At Venturn, Dirk designs and executes management transformation programs for international organizations in the logistics and maritime sectors, providing strategic advice in human resources and operational objectives. As the founder of Paans Progress Management, Dirk has developed a global trading platform in the hospitality industry, focusing on business modeling, MVP creation, and operational setup. Previously, Dirk held various leadership roles at KPN from 2003 to 2019, including Head of Strategic Business Development and National Sales Director, where revenue growth, industry solutions, and IT and telecom services were prioritized. Dirk's earlier experience includes client executive roles at Getronics and positions at KPN focused on strategic consultative selling. Dirk holds a Master's degree in Economics, Marketing, and Innovation Management from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
