John Riady is an Indonesian businessman, investor, and lawyer currently serving as the Group CEO of PT. Lippo Karawaci, Tbk, where they oversee the country's largest real estate and healthcare companies. John holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Georgetown University, an MBA from the Wharton School of Business, and a Juris Doctor from Columbia University Law School. They are also Founder and Managing Partner of Venturra Capital, having made over 50 investments in Southeast Asia's technology sector since 2014. Additionally, John has co-founded OVO, one of Indonesia's notable unicorns, and serves on the Executive Board of the Lippo Group. John was named a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader in 2018.
