Additionally, John is a co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Shatterbox, a program aimed at solving the talent gap crisis in the SBA lending industry. Prior to these roles, John founded TORCH Small Business Lending and served as the Founder & Executive Director. John has also held executive positions at Q2 Business Capital, CertusBank Small Business Finance, Bank United, The Money Store, and First Union Business Credit. John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
