Fernando Suehara

Fernando Suehara is an accomplished Accounting and Tax Director with over 24 years of experience in multinational companies, including KPMG, Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, and ADATA Technology. They have held various leadership roles, overseeing teams in diverse cultural settings across the Americas and Europe. Fernando possesses strong expertise in USGAAP, IFRS, and statutory requirements, alongside significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, process improvements, and corporate governance. They hold an Executive MBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting Science from Mackenzie University. Currently, Fernando is involved with TEWA Tax Experts and serves on the Fiscal Councils of VENTURUS SP and Manaus.
