João Maia

João Maia has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. João started their career as a Trainee at Shell Brasil in 1995. João then worked as a Software Developer at Soluziona from 1999 to 2000. In 2000, they joined Instituto de Pesquisas Eldorado as a Project Leader and Software Developer, where they managed telecom projects and ensured timely delivery of R&D software projects. From 2002 to 2006, João worked at SAS Institute Brasil in multiple roles, including Project Manager, Proposal Manager, and Consulting Manager. Their responsibilities included supporting sales and ensuring high-quality service implementations. João then joined TCS in 2006 as a Program Manager, where they managed global Application Support and Implementation projects for clients such as Motorola, Eaton, and Cummins. In 2008, João joined Venturus as a Program Manager and later became an Executive Manager. João is currently serving as the Director of Business & Marketing at Venturus.

João Maia pursued their education in a chronological order, beginning with their attendance at Universidade Estadual de Campinas from 1992 to 1997. During this period, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering. Following this, from 2003 to 2004, João attended FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, where they obtained an Extension degree in Administration.
