Tainara O.

Tainara O. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Tainara started their career as a Visual Merchandiser and Customer Service Representative at Riachuelo in 2011. Tainara then transitioned to the role of Junior LX Designer at Estácion in 2011 and later advanced to the position of LX Designer. During their time at Estácion, they were responsible for developing templates, guidelines, and documentation, as well as conducting training and producing content for internal training. Tainara also worked on external projects, focusing on mobile interfaces and wireframes/ video scripts. In 2015, Tainara briefly worked as a Proofreader at Estácion before joining SENAI CETIQT as a Graphic Designer in 2019. At SENAI CETIQT, they were responsible for graphic design tasks. In 2019, they joined EnsineMe, where they held the role of Senior Product Designer, contributing to the development of their design system and leading a redesign of their online class model. Finally, Tainara currently works at Venturus as a UX/UI Designer, actively participating in discovery phases, prototyping with Sketch, and organizing handoffs for projects focused on manufacturing.

From 2020 to 2021, they attended Ibmec where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management.

In 2019, they attended ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing and completed a specialization in Innovation, Design & Strategy, which lasted until 2020.

In 2012, Tainara O. started their education journey at Estácio and earned a Licentiate Degree in Linguistics, completing their studies in 2015.

Additionally, Tainara O. obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In 2022, they obtained a certification in UX & Data Design from UX4 Tecnologia and became a Design System Specialist through Meiuca. In 2021, they achieved the Advanced UI certification from Origamid. Tainara O. also acquired the C2 Proficient certificate from EF Standard English Test (EF SET) and completed courses on DevOps & Agile Culture from FIAP and UX Design Professional Qualification from Alura, all in 2021.
