David Kirk

David Kirk has a diverse and extensive work experience primarily in the United States Navy. David has held various leadership roles, including Commanding Officer of nuclear-powered submarines, Head of Global Strike Branch on the Joint Staff, and Director of Training for the Pacific Submarine Force. David has also served as a Senior Consultant at Ventus Solutions. David'sresponsibilities have included managing operations, maintenance, and training, as well as developing and implementing strategic plans. Additionally, they have been involved in congressional liaison activities and has played a key role in integrating new technologies and policies within the Navy.

David Kirk received their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt University, attending from 1982 to 1986. In 1996 to 1998, they studied National Security Studies at the USAF Air Command and Staff College, earning a Joint Professional Military Education degree. In 2009 to 2010, they obtained a Master's Degree in National Security Studies from the National Defense University. Additionally, in 2010, David completed the Navy Executive Development program at the Naval Postgraduate School, focusing on Navy Corporate Business Course. David also holds certifications as a Joint Service Officer and has completed Joint Military Professional Education Phase 1. Furthermore, they have an additional certification as a US Navy Nuclear Propulsion Plant Engineer.
