Jitendra Sharma

Jitendra Sharma has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Jitendra is currently working at Venuetize as the VP of Platform Engineering, MLOps, and LiveOps Support Engineer. In this role, they are responsible for leading the platform engineering and customer support operations. Jitendra has made significant contributions to the company by developing a strategy for embracing serverless architecture, implementing machine learning for incident prediction and remediation planning, enhancing storage and business layer availability and scalability, and migrating app and storage layers to improve reliability and scalability.

Jitendra has also worked at Zynga as the Director of Cloud Engineering for Game Operations (DevOps), where they had a significant impact on the company's cloud engineering and game operations. Additionally, they worked at VMware as an Engineering Lead/Manager for the SCM/Developers Productivity Group, where they managed a team and implemented tools to enhance code development release cycles.

Earlier in their career, Jitendra held positions at Wells Fargo as a Senior Deployment and Installation Engineer, Network Equipment Technologies as a Senior Systems and Integration Engineer, Cadence Design Systems as an Integration Team Lead, and C-DOT Centre for Development of Telematics as a Lead Software Packaging, Deployment, and Integration Engineer.

Jitendra Sharma has a diverse educational background in the field of computer science. Jitendra first attended Delhi University from 1992 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Following this, they enrolled in Indira Gandhi National Open University from 1996 to 1999 and successfully obtained a BCA (Gold medallist) degree in computer application. Jitendra continued their education at the same university and pursued a Master's in Computer Application (MCA) from 1999 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, Jitendra also holds an ITIL V3 Certification from APMG-International, although the specific date of completion is not provided.
