Haley Smart

Haley Smart has a diverse background in sales, training, and aesthetic management. Starting as a Salesperson at Nordstrom in 2018, Haley showcased exceptional customer service skills and product knowledge. Following this, an independent contracting role as a Personal Trainer allowed for the development of customized fitness plans and client relationships. Haley then advanced to Head Trainer at Orangetheory Fitness, leading training initiatives and sales strategies from 2020 to 2023. Recently, Haley has taken on ownership of Smart Esthetics and held roles including Senior Territory Manager at Venus Aesthetic Intelligence and Area Practice Consultant at Cartessa Aesthetics. Haley holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from Pepperdine University and a BA in Communication and Media Studies from The Master's University.
