Suresh has a wealth of work experience in Human Resources, beginning in 2006 when they were a Manager of Recruitments for ARMS India Pvt Ltd. In 2009, they moved to AEGIS IT Solutions India Pvt Ltd as a Senior Manager of Recruitments. In 2012, they joined TriUnionTech as a Senior Manager of Recruitments. In 2018, they were promoted to Director Consulting (External Consultant) at TriUnionTech. In 2019, they became the General Manager of Resourcing at WinfoGlobal Technologies PVT LTD. In 2020, they joined TALENTSPHERE as a Human Resources Consultant. Finally, in 2022, they became the Human Resources Manager at Venusgeo Solutions, where they are responsible for setting objectives for the HR team, designing and implementing company policies, developing compensation and benefits plans, and more.

Suresh completed their Master's degree in Commerce from the University of Madras between 1991 and 1993. Prior to that, they obtained an Honours in System Management from the National Institute of Information Technology between 1989 and 1991. Suresh also holds a certification in Oracle DBA from Oracle.
