Michael Silva

Michael Silva is a seasoned professional in the event and facility management sector, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at VenuWorks since April 2024. Prior to this role, Michael held various leadership positions at VenuWorks of Cedar Rapids, including Executive Director and Associate Executive Director. Michael's extensive experience includes interim leadership at the Topeka Performing Arts Center and general management at locations such as VenuWorks at Cal-U PA and SMG Cambria County War Memorial. Michael's career began at The Ohio State University, progressing through roles that emphasized event management and operations. Michael holds a Master of Public Administration from CUNY Baruch College, attained in 1997.
