Will Blaze

Will Blaze is an accomplished recruiting professional with extensive experience in the technology and pharmaceutical sectors. As the Founder and Principal Recruiter of Blaze Talent since November 2022, Will focuses on AI and hardware hiring through embedded, contingent, and retained search strategies. In addition, Will serves as a Talent Advisor at Formation Bio, contributing to the advancement of AI-native drug development, and provides advisory support to HireBrain, a company utilizing behavioral science and generative AI for hiring. Previous roles include Strategic Sourcing Manager for AI & ML at Meta, Director of Talent Acquisition at Peloton Interactive, and Lead Technical Recruiter at Birchbox, among others. Will holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Stetson University and has completed additional education at Product School and General Assembly.
