Amber T. has a diverse range of work experience. Amber started their career at Windy City Fieldhouse in 2008 as an Event Staff Operations member. Amber then worked as an Urban Event Marketing Assistant at RescueSCG from October 2009 to July 2010. In 2010, they joined Kumar Management as a Music Managing Supervisor until December 2012. Amber then transitioned to Comcast Cable as a Customer Service Specialist from October 2011 to February 2014. Additionally, they took on the role of Media Coordinator at 323 Music Group from April 2014 to December 2018. During this time, they also joined Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Management Trainee from March 2014 to July 2015. In 2016, they joined Chicago Messenger Service, Inc. as a Logistics employee until September 2018. In September 2018, they became a Solutions Engineer and Helpdesk Coordinator at Veoci and held these positions until December 2021. Lastly, they founded Maven Monarch Management in January 2011, where they continue to work.

Amber T. completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Howard University, where they attended from 2005 to 2007. Subsequently, they pursued further education at Hampton University, where they earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Management from 2007 to 2010.
