Brian Barnes

Brian Barnes has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Brian started their career in 1980 as a Commander and Pilot in the USAF, serving in various roles including Operations Group Commander and Wing Commander until their retirement in 2009. During their time in the USAF, they gained experience in fighter pilot training, scheduling, and weapons and tactics. From 1985 to 1989, they worked as a Commercial Pilot for Hawaiian Airlines and United Technologies, specializing in corporate and airline operations. In 2009, Brian joined the City of Westfield, Massachusetts as an Airport Manager, where they managed a 1200 acre joint municipal airport facility, overseeing airfield operations, maintenance, snow removal, FAA compliance, lease management, and construction projects.
