Benoît Rousseau

Benoît Rousseau is an experienced professional in lean management and operations performance, currently serving as Lean Director at Veolia Eau Normandie and Transformation Project Director in the Business Support & Performance department since September 2017. Key projects include post-merger integration of Suez and Veolia and group R&D transformation, alongside management of in-house consulting focused on performance and business continuity across water and waste activities in France, Benelux, and the Nordics.
