Gary Weaver

Gary Weaver is a proactive and performance-minded leader currently serving as an ERF Plant Manager, with extensive experience in managerial, operational, and maintenance roles within the power generation industry. Previously, Gary managed all aspects of a facility at Veolia, where responsibilities included safety, compliance, and stakeholder management. Gary began their career with an advanced mechanical engineering apprenticeship at the UK Ministry of Defence, followed by roles as a mechanical engineer and unit operator at E.ON. Gary holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Telford College and a BTEC Diploma from the City of Wolverhampton College.
