Howard Rooms

Howard Rooms is an experienced M&A and Major Projects Legal Counsel currently working at Veolia since 2022. Previously, they held positions as M&A Legal Counsel at SNCF (2017-2021) and as M&A/Securities Regulation Legal Counsel at SUEZ (2021-2022). Howard gained early experience through various internships at TIBCO Software Inc., Bird & Bird, GATE Avocats AARPI, and K&L Gates. They hold multiple law degrees, including a Master's in Droit des affaires from Faculté de Droit d’Aix-en-Provence and a Master 2 in Juriste d'affaires européen from Université Paris Cité.
