Marco Reefman serves as the General Manager at Veolia since January 2025. Previously, Marco held various leadership roles at Van Nieuwpoort Groep from January 2021 to December 2024, including Managing Director and Operations Manager, overseeing production, maintenance, and customer support. Marco's extensive experience includes a tenure at TenCate from April 2007 to November 2020, where responsibilities included Operations & Supply Chain Manager, leading the Dubai facility's operations, and achieving significant cost reductions.
