Philippe Bailly has extensive experience in engineering and project management, primarily at Veolia since June 2010, where responsibilities include managing study lots for projects such as the robotization of train decontamination and automated waste sorting systems, alongside overseeing a team of 14 collaborators. Previously, Philippe held the role of Assistant à maîtrise d'ouvrage, coordinating technical elements for a €6M project related to innovative vehicles and managing 15 subcontracting companies. Prior experience includes positions at Digital Core in Japan as a technical writer, Thales Avionics as a design engineer working on aircraft instrumentation, and earlier roles in engineering and technical training. Philippe holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Production Systems from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, obtained between 2000 and 2003.
