Philippe Maillard serves as the Directeur de Projets Spéciaux Energie at Veolia since January 2009, overseeing R&D projects focused on CO2 capture, valorization, and green hydrogen production from biogas. Additionally, Philippe leads the Nouveaux Services Urbains program within INNOVE, where innovative urban services, including digital solutions, climate change adaptation, and societal engineering, are developed for sustainable urban environments. Previously, Philippe held the position of Responsable Grand Projet at both Veolia and Dalkia Centre Méditerranée, where responsibility encompassed the development of integrated solutions across various sectors, including thermal energy and cogeneration projects. Philippe Maillard holds an engineering degree in Process Engineering from Université de Technologie de Compiègne.
