Stuart Allen

Stuart Allen is an experienced professional in municipal development and business management, currently serving as the Municipal Development Director at Veolia since July 2016. Prior roles at Veolia include Head of Municipal Development and Business Development Manager for the Public Sector. Prior to Veolia, Stuart held the position of Business Development Manager at Biffa from November 2013 to June 2016. His career began at Kier Services - Environmental, where Stuart worked from February 2007 to November 2013 in various roles including Bid Manager, Project Manager, and Street Scene Consultant. Additionally, Stuart was the Editor of What's On Kiev at TMG Ukraine from March 2002 to December 2006. Stuart holds a BA in History from UCL, earned between 1998 and 2001, and attended Wilmington Grammar School for Boys.
