Ali Yalcin

Ali Yalcin is a seasoned professional in the field of information technology audit, currently serving as the Director of Information Technology Audit at VEON since September 2025. Prior experience includes significant roles at Yapı Kredi, where Ali transitioned from Director of Information Technology and Digital Banking Audit to overseeing various audits related to IT processes, information security, and compliance from January 2017 to September 2025. Additionally, Ali held the position of Chairman of the Audit Committee at Yapı Kredi Sports Club and previously served as Chief Information Security Officer at Odeabank, where risk and information security frameworks were established effectively. With earlier roles at Erdemir, BankPozitif, and Deloitte, Ali possesses a robust background in IT audit and security.
