Dmitry Karpenko

Dmitry Karpenko has over a decade of experience in project management and RAN planning, currently serving as a Project Manager and RAN planning lead manager at VEON since July 2010, where leadership in the Smart Network Planning project showcases expertise in CAPEX planning automation and RAN budget management. Prior roles at VEON include Senior Manager and Senior Technical Manager, focusing on project management and automation of coverage map calculations. Dmitry began a career in RAN planning and optimization at ОАО "Компания "Ритм" as a Technician responsible for printed circuit board topology development. An honors graduate with an Engineer's degree in Radio Engineering from Kuban State University, Dmitry also holds a trainer's certificate and has achieved notable performance as a technical trainer in wireless communication systems.
