Duncan Perry is a senior business leader and qualified lawyer with a 30-year track record in transforming businesses through expertise in legal, compliance, governance, and control at a senior level. Currently, Duncan serves as Associate General Counsel and Compliance Director at LetterOne and as an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Exeter Business School, delivering the "Law for FinTech" module. In previous roles, Duncan worked as Global General Counsel at Barclays Wealth and Investment Management, European General Counsel at Amaranth LLC, and held leadership positions in various top-tier firms, including UBS Investment Bank and Shearman & Sterling LLP.
