Ivan Bogdanov is a seasoned internal control and internal audit manager with over 17 years of experience in multinational environments, specializing in the implementation and development of internal control systems. Ivan contributed to significant projects involving the auditing of key business processes, strategic initiatives, and financial statements. As a member and chairman of various Revision Commissions, Ivan has practical experience preparing opinions for Boards of Directors and Annual General Meetings of Shareholders. Currently, Ivan works at CJSC Kubintersvyaz while also holding the position of Chairman of the Revision Commission at CJSC Rascom.
