Max Dolgov

Max Dolgov is an International Project Director at VEON Ltd., with extensive experience in digital product management in the telecommunications and design industry. Previously, Max served as Head of Digital Products and Technologies at Beeline Russia, where they oversaw digital communication channels and led the development of mobile applications. Max's earlier roles include Account Director at ArtLebedev and Project Manager at Art. Lebedev Studio, where they successfully managed projects for major clients. Max holds an Engineer's degree in Information Technology from the National Research University of Electronic Technology and has completed two Leadership Accelerator Programmes in Business Administration at INSEAD and the Higher School of Economics.
