Daniel Arsene

Daniel Arsene is currently a Group Lead and Engineering Manager at Veoneer, where they manage a software team of approximately 30 engineers and contribute to various aspects of team development, including recruitment and performance reviews. Previously, they served as a Release Train Engineer and Chief Scrum Master at Continental, where they played a key role in adopting Agile methodologies across multiple teams. Daniel also held significant project management and technical roles in software development, leading teams across various locations and contributing to the development of automotive applications. They hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Universitatea Tehnică „Gh. Asachi” din Iași.
