Eric Swanson

Eric Swanson has extensive experience in legal affairs, currently serving as Executive Vice President of Legal Affairs, General Counsel, and Secretary at Veoneer since April 2018. Prior to this role, Eric held various positions at Autoliv from November 2002 to April 2018, including Senior Director of Corporate Legal focused on Product Safety & Regulatory, as well as Associate and Assistant General Counsel. Eric began a legal career as a Senior Associate Attorney at Duffy & Robertson, P.C. from August 1999 to November 2002. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor degree from Michigan State University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Political Science and Criminal Justice from the University of Michigan-Flint. Eric's educational background also includes studying at the University of Michigan-Dearborn and a high school diploma from Brother Rice High School.
