Ian Wang

Ian Wang is a seasoned professional in internal audit and control, currently serving as Senior Manager Internal Audit at Veoneer since June 2018. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Internal Control at Ningbo Huaxiang Electronic Co., Ltd. and Internal Control Manager for TRW in China. Ian also has significant experience in auditing, having served as Internal Audit Manager at Schaeffler and Compliance Manager/Internal Audit Director at BCD Semi-conductor Manufacturing Ltd., where responsibilities included leading SOX projects and developing risk control strategies. The career began with financial auditing at KPMG Shanghai, where Ian provided extensive analysis and reporting in accordance with various accounting standards. Ian holds a Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, and Management from the University of Bristol and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, along with early education at Tongji University.
