Jay Xu is the Global Senior Director of Operation Quality and Excellence System at Veoneer, where they have been defining and deploying policies, strategies, and tactics for operation quality since 2023. Previously, they served as the Senior Director for Asia Quality at Veoneer from 2018 to 2023, leading critical initiatives to ensure compliance and drive excellence across global operations. Jay has also held various leadership roles in quality management at Autoliv between 2017 and 2018. They are currently enrolled at Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
