Vinod Malhotra

Vinod Malhotra has extensive work experience in the field of systems engineering and enterprise architecture. Vinod started their career in 1981 with CSC, where they worked as a Lead Hardware Engineer, Systems Engineer, and Lead Network Architect on the FAA En Route Information Display System (ERIDS) project. In this role, they designed an interactive, real-time, electronic information display system for air traffic control centers.

After their tenure at CSC, Vinod worked at Veracity Engineering as a Senior Project Manager from 2008 to 2011. Here, they supported the FAA's NextGen ATO-P Program Manager on various research and development efforts, including the Network Enabled Operations program and the RNAV/RNP Terminal Area Demonstration program. Vinod also contributed to the SWIM/SWIM-SUIT Interoperability Demonstration program, focusing on international communications and collaboration between FAA SWIM and SESAR SWIM/SUIT.

From 2011 to 2012, Vinod worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at North Star Group, and then returned to Veracity Engineering in 2012 as a Senior Systems Engineer. In this role, they provided systems engineering support to the AIMM Program Office, focusing on the modernization of the Aeronautical Information Management system.

Vinod joined Engility Corporation in 2015 as a Senior Technology Specialist, where they worked until 2017. Vinod then transitioned to a role as a Senior Systems Engineer and Enterprise Architect at Veracity Engineering, where they provided systems engineering and acquisition support to the FAA Enterprise Network Services Program Office.

Vinod Malhotra obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, completing their studies in 1974. In 2012, they also obtained a certification in Project Management from ExpertRating Solutions.
