Erika Jones

Erika Jones is a Technical Product Manager and former Software Quality Assurance Tester at Veracity Insurance Solutions, LLC, with employment starting in August 2019. Prior to this role, Erika served as a Records Management Specialist at Salt Lake Community College from October 2018 to August 2019. Erika is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a focus on Software Development at Utah Valley University, expected to be completed in December 2024, and also holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems with a concentration in Business Intelligence Systems, which is anticipated to be completed in May 2024.
