Kevin Hoffman

Kevin Hoffman has extensive experience in corporate development and mergers and acquisitions, currently serving in this capacity at Veracode since June 2021. Prior to this role, Kevin was the Director of Mergers and Acquisitions at McGraw-Hill, where significant transactions included the sale of McGraw-Hill to Platinum Equity and the acquisitions of Triad Interactive and Kidaptive in 2021. Kevin's previous tenure at CA Technologies spanned from 2004 until early 2019, where responsibilities included leading a corporate development team, executing numerous acquisitions such as Nolio and Grid Tools, and overseeing divestitures. Kevin holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from Dowling College and a BA in Business Management from Molloy University.
