Kristen W. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in security program management and customer success. Currently serving as a Senior Security Program Manager at Veracode since June 2022, Kristen previously held the position of Manager of Customer Success at KnowBe4, a leader in security awareness training and phishing simulations, from May 2021 to June 2022. Prior to this role, Kristen contributed to client success at RedSail Technologies, LLC, a SaaS provider for pharmacies and public sector services, from June 2017 to May 2021. Kristen’s career also includes work in Geographic Information Systems at Spartanburg County, where responsibilities included legal research and GIS mapping. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of South Carolina Upstate.
