Peggy Harris

Peggy Harris is a seasoned content development manager with extensive experience in technical writing and instructional design. Currently serving as the Manager of Content Development at Veracode since July 2019, Peggy oversees content developers focused on creating training and documentation for secure coding practices. Previous roles included Principal Content Developer and Senior Content Developer, where responsibilities involved designing eLearning content and maintaining style guides. With a background that spans companies such as JPMorgan Chase & Co., Veeva Systems, and Pegasystems, Peggy has developed training programs, knowledge transfer tools, and technical documentation across various industries. Peggy holds a Graduate Certificate in Learning Design and Technology from Harvard Extension School, an MS in Computer Science from Boston University, and a BS in Business Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
