Ray Mazzaferro

Ray Mazzaferro, SPC4, has over 30 years of experience in technology management and project/program management. Their expertise lies in Agile practices and methodologies, with a focus on fostering collaboration, driving continuous improvement, and managing risk and dependencies. Ray has held roles such as Principal Agile Program Manager at Veracode, Senior Agile Project Manager at Verscend, Project Manager at Lionbridge, and Software Project Manager at Autodesk. Additionally, Ray has worked at PTC, MAZZTECH Consulting Services, Network Appliance/NetApp, Avid Technology, Open Software Foundation, and Apollo Computer Inc., where they have contributed to the successful delivery of projects, implemented process improvements, and established effective communication channels with stakeholders.

Ray Mazzaferro, SPC4, has a strong education background. In 1992, they attended the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and obtained a TMP (Technology Managers' Program) degree. Before that, from 1977 to 1981, they studied at SUNY Brockport and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science & Mathematics. Ray Mazzaferro's education journey started in Greenport High School, where they completed their high school education from 1974 to 1977. Additionally, they have obtained the SAFe® 4 Certified Program Consultant certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in October 2017.
