Alex Tull

Alex Tull has a strong background in financial reporting and SEC compliance. Alex is currently working as the Director of SEC Reporting and SOX at Veracyte, Inc. since June 2020. Prior to that, they worked at B. Riley FBR, Inc. for five years as the Assistant Controller and Director of Financial Reporting. From 2010 to 2015, they held the position of Director of SEC Reporting at MCG Capital. Before that, they spent a significant portion of their career at Allied Capital Corporation, where they served as the Vice President and Director of Portfolio Reporting from 1998 to 2010. Alex started as a Senior Accountant at Allied Capital Corporation in 1995. Alex'scareer began at Arthur Andersen as a Staff Auditor from 1994 to 1995.

Alex Tull obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree in Accounting from Virginia Tech. This educational pursuit took place from 1989 to 1994.
