Jonathan Deans

Jonathan Deans is a Senior Bioinformatics Scientist with a rich background in computational biology and genetics. They have extensive experience in developing software solutions and managing high-dimensional data projects for drug target prediction, particularly in Parkinson's disease, during their tenure at OccamzRazor. Prior to this role, Jonathan co-owned a CrossFit gym while earning a PhD from the University of California, Riverside, where they also contributed to significant lab research as a Postdoctoral Fellow. Their career began at Santa Cruz Biotechnology, specializing in bioinformatics and software development. Currently, Jonathan is furthering their expertise at Veracyte, Inc.
