Michael Greco

Michael Greco is currently the General Counsel at Veradermics, a position held since 2025. They previously served as General Counsel and Secretary at Rallybio from 2020 to 2025 and held several roles at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, culminating as Senior Vice President of Law and Corporate Secretary. Their extensive legal background includes experience as an Associate at Bingham McCutchen and Wiggin and Dana LLP, where they focused on corporate governance and various legal aspects of life sciences and technology. Michael also has a military background, having served as a Company Executive Officer and Platoon Leader in the U.S. Army from 1993 to 1996. They earned a BS in Political Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a JD, magna cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School.
