Amy McDaniel, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in optimizing human resource operations. Currently serving as the Manager of HR Optimization at Veradigm® since January 2023, Amy has also held various managerial and consultant roles at Allscripts from May 2011 to the present, with a progressive career trajectory that includes positions such as Expert HR Operations Consultant and Senior HR Operations Consultant. Prior to this, Amy gained valuable experience as an Operations Manager at Lighting Incorporated from February 2001 to May 2011 and as an HR Analyst & Project Coordinator at First Union Mortgage Corporation from February 1995 to January 2001. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from UNC Wilmington and an Associate of Arts from Peace College.
