Eric Bloomquist

Eric Bloomquist, PhD, is a UX Researcher with extensive experience in conducting human factors research across various industries. At Bold Insight, Eric collaborated on multiple UX studies, notably focusing on improving accessibility for a ride-sharing service. Previously, as a Graduate Research Assistant at Virginia Tech, Eric led usability research on augmented reality interfaces and conducted studies addressing human-computer interaction for automated vehicles. Eric's practical experience is complemented by education, holding a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Clemson University and both a Master of Science and a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech. Current role is a UX Researcher at Veradigm®, following a human factors internship at Ford Motor Company.
