Robert Dickau is an experienced leader in technical training and innovation within the software and healthcare IT sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Innovation for Client Programs at Veradigm® since February 2014, Robert focuses on facilitating technical knowledge and resources for partners and developers through workshops and certification processes. Previously, Robert held roles including Principal Engineer/Technical Evangelist at Flexera Software, where success in customer implementations was prioritized, and Principal Technical Training Writer at Acresso Software and Macrovision, where Robert developed and maintained training materials for various software products. With a strong foundation in technical training as a co-founder of InstallShield's training department and experience as a Senior Trade Media Liaison at Wolfram Research, Robert’s educational background includes an M.S. in Actuarial Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a B.S. in Mathematics from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
